I’m not the type of person to write reviews, but this place was an exception. They outdid themselves in every way. The decor was on point, the amenities were great and the included breakfast fantastic. I would recommend this to anybody staying in the area and I will happily be coming back myself.

Every hotel should have a Nabila and Roberto at their hotel- Roberto always providing world class service and Nabila - wow what a delight of a human- her smile shines went you walk in the hotel and always at the best disposal to help you with anything ! Jose at housekeeping remembered me from Last time and he even let me a little note on the room super thoughtful - thank you also to Jorge at reception desk ! You guys rock !!!

The apartment is great! Big enough for 3-4 people. I am sure they have a bigger rooms for the bigger groups. The balcony is huge and allow us to dry our clothes and have a fantastic dinner which is made in the lovely kitchen in the apartment.It is clean and the staff is super friendly. Our car had a flat tire at 2100hrs and they came to the apartments to help us and saved our night! True heros! Location is alao great and bunch of stores, restaurants are around. Thank you so much for everything! We had an amazing 6 days .

Wow! Was so impressed by Palm Star. Walking into reception you get instant Ibiza boho vibes. The downstairs area is beautiful. A lot of attention to detail around the pool area, the DJ during the day makes it the perfect place to sip cocktails in the sun or wind down after a heavy one the night before. The staff were all really lovely. Location is perfect, just outside the busy strip of San Antonio so you’re away from the hustle and bustle but just a far enough walk away that you can still go and enjoy the atmosphere. I rarely stay in hotels more than once as I like trying different places but I would most definitely stay here again.

The team really went above and beyond, the food was lovely, and the atmosphere around the pool was very relaxing and beautiful. You can tell they put a lot of love into the property. Comfortable bed! The vocation was perfect for us to explore pizza by car.

Very quiet location, decent pool and good restaurant downstairs, value for money for Ibiza, basic and older but had everything you need.
