The interior design is amazing.

We liked all the things. Starting with the space that it provided, it was lovely. The cutlery and facilities in the kitchen with the towel cloth and the bathroom facilities. A modern built large space with great amenities.

It’s hard to put into words how wonderful this hotel is—the staff, the facilities, the service, and the unbeatable location. Only 10 minutes from the Seine and steps away from the metro, right in the heart of the Latin Quarter—what a privilege! A huge shout-out to the reception team, especially Gonzalo, who turned our long stay into such a memorable experience. We’ll be returning without a doubt!

Loved the staff and the overall ambiance. The pillows were not good but that’s the only thing I would complain about.

Our host provided us with a starter kit in the apartment. It was unexpected and well stocked and very much appreciated. The location was central to everything with lots of different restaurants to appeal to everyone.

It was sparkling clean and brand new and smelled fresh everywhere. The staff were friendly welcoming and helpful. It is located near a tram and bus station which provides convenient access to the Paris city centre. There are a few nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The neighbourhood was also lovely and clean.

We were accommodated in a different location than the one we booked, somewhere in the Rue du Parc area, so I will refer to this one. The area is very clean and safe. The accommodation was also good, the room was spacious, clean, the blinds on the windows could be lowered, the kitchen, the washing machine, refrigerator etc were ok.. The building had a yard where you could park your car, but we parked it in front of the property. Opposite the location there are two gas stations, one in each direction, a large supermarket, 7-8 minutes by leisurely walk. The connection to the center of Paris can be made by bus or tram (you have to change two means of public transport), the stations are opposite or nearby, a few minutes walk away. Navigo cards can be purchased from the machines in the tram station. It takes about an hour and a half to get to the center of Paris, and you pass through many neighborhoods, with various boulevards or streets, and so you have the opportunity to see the deep Paris, which is what we wanted. It is important to mention that there are also night buses that run late, so if you want to return from Paris, to Clamart, you have something at 1, 2 in the morning. Right opposite the property or nearby there are some parks, forests, where you can run or walk with the dog (the property accepts dogs, which is what made us choose it). ICommunication with the owner was very good, as was she, who was welcomingf If we came to Paris again, we would still love to stay here.

Good security parking and nice neighborhood

Such a lovely apartment, its far from the city center but nearby to a bus station!! all clean and comfortable.

Cleanliness, apartment equipment, secured doors , and being in a pedestrian street it’s good thing for family with kids.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I especially appreciated the little touches that made the stay more comfortable—like extra towels, fast Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked kitchen. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again or recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The location was excellent — the bus stop was very close, and the neighborhood itself was very quiet and pleasant. The property owner was also very friendly, always available and ready to help with any questions. We are very grateful to him for that.
