Very Clean and spacious property. Good communication with the hosts. Bed was comfortable, Hosts paid attention to detail with basic amenities in the kitchenette.
The Tv surprisingly had Netflix and Disney subscription which I thought was a nice touch.

Great little studio apartment just off the main Frinton Connaught Avenue close to cafe's shops. Ideal for our one night stay with my wife. High spec kitchen and bathroom facilities and underfloor heating. Able to check in early.

Lovely place near the seaside. Very well equipped and lots of nice touches like tea & coffee and shower gel etc . Kitchen was very well equipped, nice deep bath and comfy beds ! Very clean.

Excellent accommodation as advertised. Well decorated and equipped with wifi and tv. Spacious and comfortable with plenty of room, Kitchen was excellent for a family meal. Great location on the high street and near the beach. Good instructions and advice. Very useful to have the parking. Host was friendly and flexible as we asked to stay a little longer to watch the world cup final.
