Super pleasant administrator Nata was very helpful! Thank you, Nata 🙏🏻 I loved the pool! The water was warm and clean. Beautiful garden around the hotel. Chess room. Nice water pressure in the shower. Tasty breakfast.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional, especially the people. Warm and kind hearted. True arts connoisseurs and passioneers. Hygiene is impeccable, particularly their homekeeper Alina keeps the place like her own. She's told that she has so much love for the owner because they respect her a lot, she feels like she's the General Manager. I wish all work places are like this. Alina has a heart of gold nd because of her, I'll definitely return to the hotel and recommend this experience to all my friends. She found me in solitude at the lobby and offered me her warmest smile, the snow caps melted. Made me her favorite coffee, shared her favorite pumpkin seed snack, and gave me chocolates to keep me in my next leg. And oh they have a wine cellar 😍✨

We liked the property a lot.The location was exceptional,we also managed to park near the house.The kitchen had all the utensils and tools to make your stay comfortable.The house was clean and spacious.The owner was really helpful and friendly.The house was very easy to find.Will 100% recommend!

Ok, don't know where to start here! First of all, the owner is the nicest person you can probably meet in Georgia :)) She is so friendly, and she made sure everything was explained thoroughly, both regarding the house facilities, as well as to what one traveler might need to know around the hood, and beyond. The refurbished 19th century house, is anything anyone could ever want, and is you don't like it, you have serious issues :)). Some of the best food we've had, was in the restaurant located within the same yard, literally, steps away from the house. Thank you, Petunia House, and we would for sure stay there again, if back in Tbilisi.

First of all the location is stunning. Dream-like forest. Qw were on January after snowfall and the snowy forest was just incredibly beautiful. The house itself is very clean and warm. A lovely experience.

People are welcoming, kind and helping. The district of Tbilisi. Very calm and cozy with lots of shops and cafes. All the necessary facilities were there.

The apartment is in a great location. It was clean and tidy upon arrival, and the area was quiet at night. Parking was easy to find, and overall, it offered excellent value for money.
