The hosts Roman, Nino and Jenni (the dog) are all really sweet and super helpful. The guest house is centre of town, so restaurants and Spar supermarket available without too much uphill walking. There is a small kitchen where is possible to use fridge and access plates etc. The guesthouse is spotlessly clean.

The place is very nice, has big living-room with piano which unfortunately doesn't work properly) Big kitchen and nice balcony from where, for sure, you can see Alazani valley but it wasn't our case because it was raining all the time! Very nice owner which was very hospitable, trying to help in each case, giving advices and a bottle of home-made wine)))

everything was fine, we had a kitchen and a living room at our disposal. From the veranda there was a beautiful view of the mountains and the town. We ordered breakfast from the hostess, it was truly Georgian and very tasty.

Great hosts, very friendly. They have homemade wine and chacha for everyone. Clean, light room and bathroom. You have everything you need in the kitchen. Shared balcony has the best view!

Perfectly located, close to bus station and city center.
The room was spacious and super clean, the bed was comfortable ( mattress + topper). The owners Nino and Roman are very kind, efficient and organized. Breakfast is huge and delicious. Their dog Jenny is lovely. Common spaces as kitchen and living room are very enjoyable, with care for details and lots of beautiful plants.The money value is very good.

The property was central, in a quiet location and the most iconic view.Also everything is so new. The shower has good pressure. Nice and comfortable bedroom. You can also use the kitchen which has everything you need.

Lovely family home just a short walk from the centre, in a quiet area with pretty views of the town and valley (even in winter!). We had everything we needed to feel comfortable and, on top of that, we were welcomed with a more than ample supply of homemade wine and chacha (free of charge). Despite the language barrier we were made to feel very welcome and the family made themselves available to help and answered all our questions. Both the en-suite bedroom and kitchen had all the amenities we needed for a wonderful stay :)
