The Kalafatis beach home is a perfect place to base yourself for a visit to Delphi whilst staying by the sea. The private beach area right outside the apartment was wonderful. The room was perfect - very well appointed, light and airy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We felt very welcomed by the hosts who made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

It was nice being right on the waterfront. The location is an apartment over a restaurant/bar in a low key area of a low key small town that’s not fancy so don’t expect a fancy 5 star beach resort area or a fancy apartment. It looked like 2-3 star hotels were as good as it gets in main part of the town. The nicer hotels that most visitors to Delphi use are up in the Delphi village. The owner was very responsive to questions about how to use the lights when I couldn’t figure out how to use them.

The location was ideal: close to the sea, close to the mountains and very quiet with all the comfort one can require. The howners even put a bag of dog snacks on the table for our dog, amazing! Very comfortable bed and easy to park the car in front of the place.

This is a great maisonette at the center of Itea. You get what you see on the pics. The place was clean, comfortable, modern, and spacious. We would absolutely stay again. It is pricier than other locations nearby, but having stayed in the area multiple time over the years I can say with certainty that it’s worth it.

This location is all about the amazing sea view , and nature, the view from the garden is outstanding, the bedroom is spacious, and butterfly decorated with stone and wood, the other facilities are quite basic, shower, kitchen it has all the appliances. also there is 3 cats outside, that will try to drink your coffee and still your sandwich. But they are nice if you love cats this property is for you The owner was very helpful, I recommend this place

Everything is super well designed. It was like a dream house I would want to build. Amenities were really impressive. It feels and looks premium. Host is really kind and quick to answer. You can tell he invested a lot in this project and wellbeing of the guests. We stayed there 1 day and we liked to a lot so we extended for 2 more days.

Fantastic, completely new apartment, very spacious, super comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, wonderful view from all the 3 terraces. In the kitchen you will find some additional goodies, cookies, jams, water, welcome wine. Absolutely perfect choice close to some nice beaches, good swimming options in a quiet village not far from Dephi.

It was a very quiet location, and easy to park there. A friendly neighbor helped us to phone the manager and that way we were able to manage the self checkin.

Excellent, wonderful place, very comfortable, great host, the place has everything you may need. Lovely balcony with lots of space and a nice breeze, air con all around, 3 large bedrooms, one with ensuite, easy parking. Couple of flights of stairs. Do not hesitate, this is really a very nice flat

Everything was very nice!!! the house is just by the sea. Unfortunately we were not lucky with the weather and couldn't swim, but I am sure that the sea is perfect.

The location couldn’t be better — just a few steps from the beach, right in front of the sea. The apartment felt private and open, with a lovely terrace and high ceilings that gave a wonderful sense of space. One of the two bedrooms had large glass doors and windows facing the sea, filling the room with light and a beautiful sense of openness. The view through the window was like a framed painting — absolutely stunning. Falling asleep to the sound of gentle waves made it a truly relaxing holiday. There were two bathrooms, everything was spotless, and the kitchen was well equipped and clean, making it easy to enjoy cooking during our stay. The host was friendly, cheerful, and always quick to respond, making sure we felt comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would love to come back for a longer stay.

The views from the balcony are incredible. Walking distance to the beach and to town centre.
