The daily breakfast was a great value and offered a variety of food items. Wonderful quality also! Could not have asked for better!

Beautiful and spacious house, well decorated with quality furniture, linens, towels, kitchen utensils. Large kitchen with everything you need to make a meal. AC in every bedroom and high quality windows and shatters makes every bedroom a quiet retreat - we all slept well! There is a lovely garden with shaded dinning area and child's swing. The location is perfect - just few steps from the beach. The house is a short walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. "Cakebox" was one of our favorite coffee shops. The owner is very lovely and kind woman who was very helpful to us - thank you Maria!! Definitely recommend it for families - much better value than a hotel! We can't wait to come back!!

The manager (Sotiris) was available at all times.sent us detailed information about how to check in, and when he saw we did not read it he reached out via whatsapp. He answered every question including the fridge size - even sent a pic. During our stay he was also available. And after checkout keot stuff we forgot so we can pick up when possible.

Nice, quiet location away from the noisy tourist area. Information on how to access the key via a key box worked very well The hosts were very responsive via the remote reception and gave prompt assistance when I had a problem with the door lock. Lovely to sit out on the balcony to relax. I seemed to be the only peson there and had the small, pretty poolside to myself. Very relaxing.Modern bedroom area in an open plan studio. Very effective blackout blinds. Bed very comfortable. A/C very good. So peaceful at night with no disturbances. Plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure in the shower. There is also the washing machine which was a very pleasant, unexpected bonus.Thank you for a peaceful, comfortable stay.

The property is located right in the middle of Ixia. Perfect location!!!! Immaculate, jacuzzi, pool, three showers. Great kitchen…truly excellent.

The villa is beautiful! It was sparklingly clean and beautifully designed. The area is very quiet. Our host left us tons of treats upon arrival.

The brother owners, Mihali and Kostas Papadopoulos are excellent. They provide excellent service, clean place and you need to go to the bar next to the room and hear the Greek Singers. Excellent time there. These twin brothers are class act guys, honest and have integrity. Will be staying with them again.

Modern, well equipped apartment in a good location. Car parking slot under the building is really useful. Host is very nice and helpful.

It boasts a fantastic sea view with a beautiful private pool. Property was immaculate with comfortable beds and beautiful furniture. Parking available on site. Would definitely recommend this place.
