Location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from the beach, with views over the sea to the mountains beyond, and an easy walk to the supermarket. Spacious and airy, the windows in the lounge give great views, the tree on the terrace gives shade. Well equipped, bed was comfortable. Check in and out simple, whole site was quiet.

First the owner and staff are so nice and helpful with anything you need. Location for us was great. Right on the beach in a quiet location. House was very nice, new stone house with everything you could need in the kitchen and otherwise. We loved the pastries as well. House was very clean and easy parking. I will return again.

We loved Mani, the area of Skoutari is beautiful. Kavoulakos Studios is a great place to stay, beautiful garden that leads to a lovely the beach, great restaurants, and a beautiful village. Anastasia is a great host, the room was very clean, everyday the trash as taken and the room was being tidy and cleaned often. we will surely come again

Room was good in size and had all the basic amenities; most importantly a good working air-con, fridge (with freezer) and tv. (did not try cooking or washing machine) Host was able to accommodate a special early check in request for some personal items.
