I believe Aether Green Apartments is one of the best properties in Nea Roda, Chalkidiki. The hostess, Ntoretta, is very kind and willing to fulfill the visitors' requirements. She welcomed us with a bottle of local wine, which was very tasty. The room, which was actually a loft, was super comfortable and had everything you needed to enjoy your holidays. Although it had no balcony, it was fully functional for vacations; every inch of the room was meticulously designed and constructed. I would definitely recommend this property; it will be our first choice next year! Ntoretta, thank you so much!

Very clean and well equipped apartment, with a big terrace and great sea view! Perfect location, with many sandy beaches with crystal clear waters around, incl. Komitsa beach. Communication was fast and easy. We had very warm welcome by Kyriakos and his family. Amazing hospitality, very positive and sunny people! We enjoyed our stay and had a perfect holiday! Everything was great, perfect location and great sea view, close to the beach. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed as a family for pleasant stay (fully equipped kitchen, towels etc.). Pillows are a bit hard, so reccomend to bring your owns if you are not used to it. Marianna is great host, we had early check in, as it was possible. We really enjoyed, we would come back surely.

I am very pleased with the stay. It is near the sea, very well equiped, with a large refrigerator and a good kitchen. Beds are very comfortable and you have a mosquito protection net. WIFI was great , 10/10 !!! The terrace was a decent size to relax at the evening. Parking space available in front of the buiĺding, it is free and there is always free space. Marina, the host, is there for eveything you need. I recomend!

The room was very clean, the kitchen well equipped, and the towels and sheets were changed regularly. The inner courtyard is well maintained, we were able to use the barbecue as well, but have in mind that it is in steps, so care must be taken with smaller children. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, but it didn't bother us. We liked the beach on the left side of the street that goes down to the beach from the hotel, next to the playgrounds. It has fine sand and a smooth entrance.

This place had excellent location with free parking on site. The rooms were exceptional, with modern design, clean and everything was new and maintained. The beds were very comfy, the small built in kitchen had all the necessary equipment. The owner was also very polite and friendly with us. She helped us and had put also some presents for us in the room. One of the best places I have stayed.

The apartment is perfect for the family of three . It has all that one needs to feel comfortable. The nice maintained garden is a bonus, where you can have your morning coffee with your friends or chat in the evening while enjoying a drink. The furniture, beds, well equiped little kitchen are also great. The closest beach is not the best one in the area but there are some others in 10-15 minutes with a car.

Next to the beach, but in a quiet pedestrian street, so you listen to the sound of waves all day. Most restaurants and caffes in Nea Roda are located in the same street, and the nearest supermarket is in the street just behind this property. You have washing machine in the apartment,iron,iron board,blow dryer, lots of kitchen utensils and toiletries. Wi-fi was excellent and there is air-conditioning, both were free. The owner is the most pleasant person I have ever met!

We had one of the best stays. The owner is a great person, always responsive, open to help any time day or night. Rooms are clean, beds are cosy, kitchen is good equipped. If you pickup a sea view, you will just get loved in the color of the sea. And the meals, can’t be described. Might be the only place I ever visit where you eat fantastic cooked food (no fast or trash food).
