Location is very near to happening places. Value for money with closed gate car parking.

Was a nice stay @ Callicut. A compact home bagged with all basic amenities. Walk-able distance from Kozhikode beach. Friendly Host welcomed with warm gestures. Service person will take care on when you need.

The staff is a gem. He is a very good guide , very helpful.

🏠 About the accomodation: Neat and simple, the owner has arranged for a comfortable stay. Plenty of filtered water available, as well as soap and towels. Rarely found: room mosquito repellent. 😍 Location is fantastic, despite being outside Calicut. 15min auto from the city but close to the beautiful and less know beaches north of of the city. 🌟 👤 About the host: Jilshoy, the MD who runs this home stay, takes a great care that his guests are satisfied. He had the hard task to welcome me on my first trip to India. He helped with everything, from organizing transportation, to getting and Indian mobile number and game me plenty of good tips and advices on how to best enjoy my visit. He is indeed such a pleasant company, I wish I had more time available to enjoy with him. 🤝 Would I come back there? Absolutely! In fact, I have already planned a follow up visit!

Spacious rooms, supportive staff, and neat, clean rooms, toilet and surroundings. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The rooms was spacious it had 2 bed rooms Where 1 is attached and Ac ventilated the other one was a noral room. The host was so helpful and friendly. the way towards the location was narrow but the location was calm and quiet.people who wish to escape and stay away from the busy city life will definitely enjoy it. We had a good stay at the property and it is recomentable. if you are going to stay with family or friends and need a calm and quiete stay to chill out it is a good Option.
