CanadaWe loved everything. This homestay is a real gem. The family who owns it is so helpful and kind. Asok booked all our trains for us on our Kerala trip and printed me copies. Even though breakfast wasn't part of our booking, we got a delicious home cooked breakfast each morning. Our room was very spacious and clean. The homestay is located on a quiet lane, away from the hectic streets of Trivandrum, yet close enough to walk to Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple and to restaurants etc. (we recommend trying Agrahaara Vegetarian restaurant 5 min away, even though we aren't Vegetarian the food was delicious and a very low price).
I highly recommend staying at this homestay, you won't find a better choice in Trivandrum!!!

Congratulations!
The staff are super kind , they even delivered a packed breakfast as we were leaving early.
The property is peaceful and really with an amazing taste. The bathroom is sooo beautiful, big and had delicate attentions and flowers .

We got an adequately furnished apartment, felt its value for money, very good accommodation for this price. Bedrooms are medium sized with queen beds, clean and tidy. Caretaker guy was very nice and helpful, We ordered food through swiggy, usually got it delivered in approx 30mins. Necessary crockery and cutlery items were available in the kitchen. I highly recommend this serviced apartment.

Well maintained and exceptionally neat and clean rooms surrounded by beautiful greenery of plants and trees . Hospitality of the owner Sh Johnson & his family is appreciable . Since one of our room was next to kitchen & the guests were limited due to off season , we got the privilege to use the facility of kitchen whenever required.

This is a great comfy little hostel in a great location. Niyas, the host, is prepared to go above and beyond to help you with anything you need, and there is AC and a kitchen! The beds are also very comfortable.

It was a very beautiful property. Excellent for a group of friends. Right from the moment we entered - we are awestruck by the art, plants and the facilities provided by the stay. The caretaker comes everyday to clean. And responds immediately to all our requests.
The surroundings were green. The sound of the birds is soothing and kitchen has everything in it.

The apartments are spacious with lovely lush views of coconut palms and banana trees. It’s great to see and hear the planes coming in and out if the airport too. The bed was super comfy with soft squishy pillows. There are no amenities in the kitchen but if you ask reception they will bring plates and cutlery if you need it. They will even supply an ironing board and iron. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They are eager to assist and help make your stay as best it can be.

My family stayed in Indeevaram for 3 nights. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I was expecting some more utilities in the kitchen. Staff was very good. We lost one gold chain at the property but never noticed but the staff found it and contacted us and we got it back with no problem. I really appreciate their honesty and sincerity. I highly recommend this place for families or anyone who likes to visit TVM.

Very peaceful, clean and in a calm locality with spacious rooms/balcony/bathroom.
Shri Ajay and Smt Kavya are very thoughtful and excellent hosts.
They made our stay very memorable by going the extra mile and helping with all our requests.
They also assist with itinerary planning, vehicle etc.
Food is vegetarian and very good.
All necessary amenities like hot water, power backup, free parking, filtered drinking water, refrigerator, kitchen etc. are available.
Overall a wonderful stay.

The drive from the road to the resort. It is fun. If you book the two rooms. You will have more fun. The resort has only 2 rooms. Breakfast is home made in Kerala style and is nice. There is a kitchen, if you want to make anything. The location is very good, if you are a nature lover. Wifi is working well. Hot water is available 24/7. Bony is the all in one here. He is soo good.
