Cleanliness and good environment

We loved the location as we'd both arrived in India from very busy lives and the calm and rural outlook at this time of year was simply stunning. From the balcony outside our room we experienced mongooses playing, squirrels and a woodpecker (?) in the coconut palms, fishing boat lights out to sea, and the call to prayer from the mosque at the bottom of the hill beside the beach. The facilities were basic and not the cleanest, but the bedding was clean and the shower good which is all that is required. There is a restaurant beside the guesthouse with an extensive menu, but being off season not everything was available. We had freshly squeezed fruit juices, and ate elsewhere. Once you get your bearings, it is an easy and safe walk both day and night up the dirt road to a main road with many food options. We also discovered the main tourist beach with many options and also lots of hawkers. This place is very definitely for people who are physically able, as getting to it involves some walking on uneven terrain and up/down a hill depending on which direction you come from. The offer to contact the caretaker was made in advance and we didn't take advantage of that until our taxi driver refused to travel any further - I recommend calling first! We would have gone to the entrance mosque side instead of the Google maps suggestion. There is someone to carry your bag. Ensure you have mosquito repellent at this time of year if you want to sit outside.

I had a very pleasant stay . The place was clean well maintained and very comfortable. The apartment had all the basic amenities needed for a short stay and was arranged neatly . The environment was peaceful and felt safe and cozy . The host was also very helpful and responsive which made the stay even better. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay

Oh everything was amazing. So relaxing Spacious Homely stay. Its not like the Hotel, but like our own Home😊 Good facilities also. We had a really pleasant stay. The host was incredibly friendly and super helpful. Gave us very helpful suggestions. It was a very good experience for Us. The rate was also comparatively very low and affordable. We will be back next time when coming Trivandrum. We strongly recommend this Homely stay to all💚❤️💚

Everything about the property. It was a really nice property, felt like i was at home with all the comfortable amenities. Would definitely stay here again. 100% recommended for people looking for a really nice place to stay when visitng Trivandrum.
