It was a very pleasant stay. The location is very good. Apartment was very comfortable. Recommend. There is a cafe and a pool where you can chill.

House is just newly decorated, very fresh and light with calm atmosphere. Everything works perfect and cleanliness was on top. There is 4 separated bedrooms with personal showers and toilets on upstairs. And ground floor is very spacious (common area) living room with kitchenette corner ,big dining table ,two different lounge areas (very much space there to relax) and two bathrooms with bathtubs. All staff members are very friendly and attentive. Cafe on site for food and drink orders, that also can be delivered to the house. Very peaceful atmosphere and from garden view room can be seen monkeys roaming around at early mornings. Beautiful views and well kept garden and pool area.

Homely and cosy at convenient location

Mitra Homes is just a quick walk from the beach, which made my mornings perfect. Great cafe and local restaurants nearby made it even better

The communication from the very start was great. Lawrence was waiting with a big smile and large sign for me as i had paid for an airport transfer. a welcome drink was offered on arrival and the check in was very efficient. The apartment did not have a sea view but the location,a 2 minute walk from the beach made it a quiet haven away from the road and traffic. nestled amongst some trees you could see and hear the birds while cows and pigs wandered the grounds nearby,so a very natural indain scene. The apartment itself was basic but with all you would need,the the big smart tv was a bonus and everything in the apartment was working including good aircon. breakfast was lovely and prepared by lawrences lovely smiley wife. over all my stay here was very pleasant with lawrence and his wife who were very nice,pleasant,and hospitable. and my lift with lawrence back to the airport was flawless and he even gave me some homemade cake for my journey home -very thoughtful and kind supermarket,currency exchange and great take away ":NAMASTE",only minutes walk away ,turn right as you get out on the street! your in for a very pleasant stay if you stay here. thanks kensi

A quiet, clean place. The apartment has everything you need, and it's cleaned daily. The hosts are pleasant and polite, always happy to help. I definitely recommend it!
