I had a wonderful stay at RiverBank Gardens, Mananthavady, Wayanad. Even though I reached the property at around 1:00 AM, the owner was awake and waiting to welcome me, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. The location is easily accessible, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The kitchen utensils and cutlery provided were neat and hygienic, making the stay even more comfortable. I would rate the hygiene standards a perfect 5/5. What truly made this stay special was the warmth and hospitality of the owners and their family. They took the time to explain the routes, recommend nearby restaurants, and personally came to see me off when I left. Their kindness and care made me feel less like a guest and more like I was visiting the home of friends or relatives. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay. I would highly recommend RiverBank Gardens to anyone visiting Manathavady and looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.

I have been in search of a safe and lovely place to stay with my family. And this being our first ever trip from meghalaya to kerala wayanad, the stay at puzhayoram homestay was a great help. Hospitality of the people here is awesome. They dont mind giving an excellent trip plan, helped us saving lot of time. We were tensed about the safety after all those issues happened at wayanad, but for my surprise, the main attractive places of wayanad, which we have visited were functioning at the peak, and safer as earlier too. I really enjoyed the stay at puzhayoram home stay, with my kids and parents. We really enjoyed breakfast provided, ie idiyappam and veg. Korma which was infact, yum and healthy. They did not forget to pack some of their happiness in the form of small home grown spice packets, which really touched our heart. The climate, that small river near by, with all its beauty especially in the dusk and down really gave us such a homely feeling, as they say... A home away from your home... I really wish we could meet again. Thank you team puzhayoram homestay, palakkuli. Thank you wayanad.

The address of the property is not correct in the listing. We could not find it! Tried to call many times but never picked up the phone. Finally they did, they were giving us directions with land marks like near the beverage shop take a turn! Being new to the area we had no clue where the beverage shop is. When we told them that they were rude and dropped the line! After another 15 minutes of trying, we decided to find some other place to stay.

We stayed at Greenfield for about 10 days and had a wonderful experience. The location was ideal—right in the heart of Mananthavady town—yet peaceful and quiet, offering the best of both worlds. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. There's also a shared kitchen on the property if you’d like to prepare your own meals, which was a nice bonus. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mananthavady or the surrounding areas. It’s just about 30 minutes away from both Banasura Hill and Brahmagiri Hill—great spots if you're into trekking or nature activities. Plus, being centrally located in town means everything you need is close by and easy to access.
