The staff are the best - so helpful and friendly The view is phenomenal and we spent much of our days just at the property enjoying the view in our lounge chairs, watching the sunset, hanging on the beach which is only a 2 minute walk away. Town is only a 4 minute drive - couldn't be a better location

“Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house is spacious, well-equipped, and the views are simply breathtaking. It’s truly a wonder and a privilege that such a house is available for renting – we thank the owner for making it possible. Even though there is no air conditioning, the house is so well exposed that by opening the windows at the back and front at the right times, air circulation kept it pleasantly cool – even in mid-August it was very comfortable. We had a wonderful family holiday, went snorkeling just two minutes down the path on the rocks from the house, and loved the outdoor shower after the beach. The surroundings are full of life, and we enjoyed watching the wildlife, including geckos on the terrace. A magical place – we would love to return!”

We liked the apartment in general: spacious, clean and with a nice view of the sea from the balcony. We used the shuttle bus to the city centre of Capoliveri in the evening: that is an amazing service. There is a residence parking space nearby the apartments. The swimming pool is well maintained..

Location, affordability, accessibility, attention to detail within the apartment, fully enclosed outdoor space perfect for dogs, WiFi, and most of all Silvia (the property manager) who was always so attentive to our needs and questions.

All the staff were extremely friendly and this was by far the most accommodating place I have ever stayed at. I felt well taken care of and we were treated like family. The apartment itself is in a great location from the beach— it’s just a short walk up some stairs. The view from the apartment and the beach were beautiful. Highly recommend staying here if you want a relaxing beach vacation!

La location è bellissima, con una vista pazzesca sul mare in una zona con tanta tranquillità, natura e quiete. Lo staff gentilissimo, ci hanno fatto l'upgrade della stanza e abbiamo ricevuto la casetta con camera matrimoniale e sala con cucina al posto dello studio prenotato inizialmente e abbiamo apprezzato molto. Inoltre abbiamo avuto un giardinetto tutto per noi con tavola per mangiare fuori. La piscina è di fronte alla residence e ci si attraversa a piedi, molto bella e pulita e si gode di una vista bellissima sul mare. Oltre le nostre aspettative, è stata una piacevola scoperta e sorpresa la residence.
