Picked up train station by Enzo. Apartment had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge area. It also had laundry facilities which were well needed at this time. Outstanding apt and great value. Could not fault it.

Amazing view, and super friendly host. The place was organized well and had comfortable facilities. The animals were fun and it’s was a perfect stopover.

Great location. Very well purposed space. Staff at hotel next store are incredibly helpful and kind. Felt safe as a solo traveling female.

Big apartment, with comfortable beds and good shower. Finding the property was a bit of a challenge, but made it there in the end. When driving there by car, then take a compact or small car - you will feel much better on the narrow streets of Orvieto and when manouvering into parking spot at the property.

Perfect old town location, just steps from the Corso Cavour, the Main Street. Clean, comfortable room. Pleasant owner and check-in experience. Pre-check-in instructions included a video link showing the way to the property. Perfect for any fears of overstepping into a ZTL area.

The location proximity to Orvieto was amazing. It is quiet, clean, country-side, and convenient... with massive character. Right in the heart of wine and olive oil production of Umbra. With plenty of tourist attractions, shopping, and dining. We loved it. There is an amazing restaurant, super close and amazing wine, cheese, olive oil and truffle tasting in the region.

A+ value for money. Friendly hosts. Close to train station (do not take the tram up). A fascinating town to visit. I would suggest two nights in this area. It's a very light breakfast, cereal and coffee/tea. Has kitchen.

OMG this place is fabulous. Donatella and Andrea were absolutely fabulous helping us with parking our car and our luggage. This apartment was amazing and a minutes walk from the piazza. We loved our stay.

It is located right in the center, close to everithing. The place is very clean and beautiful, kitchen is well equipped. Parking is available for 8 Euro in the yard of the house, close by gate. Overall - perfect.

Reaching the place is easy and really accessible by car. The place is great and walking distance from everything. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay.

Beautiful grounds. Unit is very clean and spacious. Pool was very clean and refreshing especially during a time of high heat. Beautiful collection of farm antiques and well maintained flowers throughout the property.

We have stayed here multiple times and we love it. The location is perfect right in the city center, the apartment is beautifully set up with everything you need.
