Self-Catering Accommodations in Polignano a Mare

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the beautiful Suite Maria Giulia in Monopoli. The apartment is not only spacious and immaculately clean, but it’s also tastefully decorated with every detail carefully thought out. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you could need, making it perfect for those who enjoy cooking. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the old town, allowing us to explore everything on foot. Additionally, right below the apartment is a charming café-restaurant called Quinta Essenza, run by two of the sweetest and most hospitable people. We enjoyed having breakfast there every morning during our stay.

Beautiful property, excellent location and fabulous restaurant. Loved being picked up in the cute little turquoise car from the parking garage. The host was lovely and the whole team was friendly, helpful and had many suggestions for our stay. The Saturday Market is worth a visit. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Monopoli. If you can't stay in one of their lovely rooms .... the N24 Restaurant is amazing!

The apartment was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and our kids enjoyed being able to watch things on the smart tv in the evening. Samantha checked in on us and even helped my family of 4 (two young kids) get from the train station to the apartment. Upon arrival there was water and some local snacks and provided recommendations for places. On our last night they left treats for the kids! Very thoughtful.

It is a great quality modern building that is located meters away from the historic city center. Both the apartment and the common areas are of great quality. The underground parking is also a big plus for the family travelers. The staff was very professional and helpful.

First, the location. In strict historical center of Polignano a mare, walking distance from charming streets in old town, with a lot of shops and restaurants. Lama Monachile beach is 5 minutes walk away. Very polite and welcoming owner with his family, opened for all questions and recommendations. Breakfast in local bar 2 minutes walk away. Charming apartment, well equipped, with comfortable beds.

The location was great - on the sea shore, close to the main road, easy to get in and out, private parking. Great hospitality - support every request, gave recommendations about the area.

Everything! The rooms were exceptionally clean & Rocella was absolutely amazing. She really took care of us, from places to eat and visit, as well as directions and a car hire that we used to have lunch and also go on a car tour. Would highly recommend.

Great location, easy access to the downtown and all attractions in Polignano a Mare

20/10 experience! Such an authentic and unique place to stay. We travelled all the way from America and Ireland via Rome and arrived completely exhausted, but our host couldn’t have been more accommodating. They kindly let us check out later, which made such a difference. The accommodation was spotless, full of character, and such a cool, classy experience. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for something special!

Everything was perfect! The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. The location was ideal. We also loved the breakfast at a nearby café. The host was welcoming, and communication was smooth. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Very clean and fresh apartment in a new building, helpful and friendly host. Location is not far from sea, not busy, and 10 minutes walk to historical center. Despite we were late, Luca met us outside, showed underground parking and gave all instructions and advises. We booked two-bedroom apart without kitchen as only it was available for our dates. There are fridge, kettle and coffee machine with some coffee and tea in the apartment and a terrace with table and chairs, so it was enough for us. And we didn't use second bedroom at all.

Very spacious and modern facilities. We only enjoyed it for 1 night, but it had everything you need for long stays. Great location, just a few blocks from the main streets with restaurants and shops. Parking on a lot next to the building, so no issues there. Great communication with the hosts. Polignano is a must if you are in Puglia.

The property is exceptional in all regards. I have never come across a place that was so enjoyable. It is lovingly maintained, with extra touches at every turn. The kitchen was completely equipped. Modesto, the host, went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable.
