Everything was perfect! The property is very beautiful, the apartment and house are very well-designed, and the large patio was great for dinner and evening under the stars. Plus there are fig trees with very sweet fruit. This place is probably best if booking both units for 2 couples or families as that would give you access to the entire property.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful with a small kitchenette allowing us to purchase some local produce and cook for ourselves. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Francesco was fantastic and kept in contact during our journey to Monopoli so that we knew where we were going. Breakfast was in a local bar and was delicious. Be sure to have the doughnut with Nutella - it is out of this world!

everything was perfect! first of all, located just next to a beach and a short drive to Monopoli. since we had a car, parking was necessary, and we were surprised by how easy that was, there was plenty of space on the street. the apartment is located in the basement of the house but honestly that was a plus in summer since it didn’t get as hot inside. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay, especially the kitchen!

It is the most beautiful holiday house you can stay in with a family. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, a cosy bedroom and livingroom with air conditioning. Big and beautiful garden with a swimming pool.

The house had everything we wanted and needed for our stay in Monopoli. Spacious bathroom, equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. In a quiet environment, close to the beaches and an excellent starting point for all our excursions. We felt very comfortable and we highly recommend the accommodation.

Super nice, everything what we needed was there, very comfortable beds, kitchen utilities, area to seat outside, beautiful garden, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very short distance by car to the beach - 15 min to south Monopoli, the same to Grotte di Castellana, Alberobello, shop centers. Genius focacceria 2 min by car, small stores, pharmacery also near by and great restaurant on the other side of the street! We wouldn’t pick any other place to stay in this area!

A wonderful property in a perfect location in the countryside but close to main routes so it was easy to explore beaches & other towns in Puglia as day trips from here. The host Paulo was excellent and gave lots of recommendations in the area. The pool and garden area was lovely & so well kept. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need.
