everything is really clean and nice, comfortable beds, cozy warm bedsheets (I was there in winter), really quiet, easy self check-in and check-out, simple but nice breakfast

I stayed at Orginal Backpackers for over a month and, from a perspective of someone who had a fair share of travels - what a stay this was! Everything in this hostel is so good that it's hard to decide where to start with compliments. I'll start with the hosts - the unbelievably good hosts, so devoted to the hostel and their guests, going over and beyond for everyone to have a great stay. But above all, they are unbelievably wonderful people. The location of the hostel is 5 min away from the metro exit and it's quite central to the city (like 3 metro stations away from Myeondong) and well connected with all main parts and attractions of the city. The 4-beds shared dormitory is spatious enough for everyone even when you have big luggage and you get lockers in it too, while for the double-bed room I'd say it's like staying in a hotel. Both rooms, as well as the whole hostel in general, are always spotless clean and you get frequent change of sheets and a new towel whenever you need it as well. The shower rooms are great, the toilets are japanesse style and I never had to wait to get in. The (still free) breakfast is better than you could expect in many hotels, and there is a variaty of good quality kitchen utensils with which you can cook basically anything that comes to your mind. Aside from the kitchen, in the common area you can also do your laundry, watch tv, have a talk or even work. And then there is the fantastic rooftop, a perfect place to relax or to share travellers stories and make lifetime memories - I sure made quite a few. Lovely house. Traditional. But modern amenities. Good location for tourism.

The front desk that check us in is very welcoming and has pleasant personality, very helpful and check in was fast. Explained us the do's and dont's very well in english. The other staffs that we met during our stay was very kind and helpful. The room size is good and the beds are comfy. Bonus points on having a washer in the room. The location is good and the establishments around the hotel is a plus.

very clean, good location, friendly host

Hans house is a great value for the location. It's walking distance to gyeongbokgung Palace, bukchon hanok village, and a variety of popular attractions in Seoul. Mr. Han was a great host and I would definitely book this accommodation again next time Seoul.

The place was clean, the location is excellent because it was in a calm place, close to some restaurants, close to a big supermarket and shopping center, and close to 2 metro lines. Ponny is also such a lovely person, very helpful, fast to answer the phone/messages. We would definitely come back if we travel again to Seoul.
