Everything was amazing. It's basically more of an apartment with amenities than a hotel. The best place you can stay in Chiang Mai, excellent. If you get the top floor (4th), like myself, you basically have the floor to yourself. I loved chilling on the balcony at night. The staff is super friendly too.

The hotel is clean. The breakfast is decent. The staff is kind. Showers toilets and rooms are extraordinarily clean.

Everything was very clean! The owner was very kind and provided all the instructions in advance. The view from the window was amazing, and the building itself has everything you might need — you can grab a meal, have a coffee, or even get a manicure. The room was very comfortable, and all of our questions were answered very quickly. I highly recommend this place!

I loved this apartment, it was comfortable, clean and roomy. I loved that I could catch up on laundry and that there was a receptionist, and even included airport transfer. I would highly recommend this place.

A comfortable and big room. There is everything you need in both the room and the hotel. We were so pleased with our stay that we extended our stay. Very suitable for long term stay. It has extremely well-intentioned, friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed 26 nights. It was a clean condo with all the things we needed. The location was great and it’s easy to get a grab ride at the front, receive grab food and even packages from Lazada. We enjoyed the view of the mountains, city and the Shangri-La hotel next door. The roof pool was nice. Check in and out was easy. The bed was comfortable.

The place is very homely and cozy. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The owner is very friendly. The guesthouse is in an excellent location. The price is very attractive. I really enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommend
