Location is ideal. It is in the center of town close to everything, the markets, alms giving, landmarks. The only challenge was getting to it when arriving late because roads are blocked during night market. Drivers who are not familiar with using technology like Google maps for navigating will find it challenging and as well the guest who also does not speak the hosts language things can become lost in translation. My family loved the wood features of the house. The house is clean, it is much appreciated with all the germ fearing members in the family. Internet worked well. Loved the keyless entry feature. Regarding security, LP is a very safe town, in general, so there was never any worry; however, I consider my family's having peace-of-mind when I look for locations or places to stay. My family does not travel as often as I do internationally so this is very important.

Great location about 10 minute walk to night market. Breakfast was so nice every morning. The staff were really helpful and friendly and helped us book taxis. Swimming pool was nice and great value.

One of the nicest places I have stayed in se Asia the room was huge with a strong ceiling fan and air con with the fan it’s has good airflow and a soft bed bathroom was clean and even has a place for me todo laundry with a fridge and a kitchen was a huge bonus as well as a nice living room 10/10 would recommend the owner was fantastic also super friendly and could help with anything you needed to know around town

A perfect stay! Enjoyed my coffee on the balcony with a view of the river and in the small private courtyard. Mary and her family made us feel right at home and were quick to help and respond if we had any questions. Feet away from the morning market (which is my favorite place) and only a little further to the night market. Most of the sights and restaurants are easily within walking distance. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, amazing air conditioning, great location. I highly recommend!

The location is a bit out of town, from the breakfast room a fabulous view over ricefields and mountains. The room is more an apartment with plenty space. We had one double bed and 2 singles for the children. There are harmonica dividers between sections so you can make separate rooms/compartments if you want to. The place is new and spotlessly clean. Khamsone and his wife go out of their way to make people's stay memorable! Nice outside terrace with cooking facilities (biogas!), where you can prepare your lunches and dinners if you don't want to eat out. Conference facility on-site. Breakfast typical Lao but with great flexibility to accomodate your wishes.

Sokview Residence provides a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 1.6 miles of Mount Phousy and 1.6 miles of Night Market.

I’ve stayed in two bedroom apartment and the room was so nice, clean, modern, comfortable. You can enjoy river view at the balcony but location a bit far fews km from city center if you rent motorbike then no problem. Staff were so helpful and friendly.

Super spacious, great, quiet location. Amenities were great! House included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, combs, QTips, toothbrush/toothpaste, water bottles, coffee, cooking supplies. There was plenty of good AC.
