The place was very good and very much worth for the price. And most importantly the owner was very helpful and very nice person. We reserved the scooter for two days rent and when we arrived there actually it was not available. So the owner gives his motor cycle without hesitation understanding without that our trip would have ruined. If you are looking for budget place with good facilities you should try the place.

We loved our stay at Orelia Villas. It was located high up above Badulla town and was very peaceful up there. The room is cosy and very natural with all of the lovely woodwork. We appreciated the balcony and the view of the town. Our host was so attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. We felt very welcome there and would have loved to stay another day or two. If you are looking for a lovely, restful place to be in Badulla, this is a great option.

The hospitality was great, and the whole place was incredibly clean. There were amazing views from the balcony, and the hosts were lovely. The beds were comfortable and they accommodated for all needs, including providing mosquito nets and toilet paper.

The beautiful gentle welcome and hosting of the monks. So kind and thoughtful and attentive. Gorgeous huge breakfast of fruit and sweet coconut filled pancakes and omelettes and toast. Quietness but really nice walk shirt to Ella along the train tracks one way and to the waterfall views the other way. Stunning morning sunrise views. Private balcony area. Peace and tranquillity. Family friendly rooms and made welcome. It was very wonderful for us having access to small kitchen to cater for v specific food needs. Thank you so much 🙏🏼

This accommodation is wonderful. The views are spectacular, you can wake to watch the sunrise. The owners are unbelievably helpful and could not have been better, from serving the most fantastic breakfast each morning - each day a different offering to organizing laundry service and taxis. The location is away from the craziness of the main drag in Ella, but cheap and quick into town if needed. There is a local restaurant but we also had dinner at the accommodation two of the evenings which was wonderful. Couldn't recommend it enough.
