Location, Facilities, and the space.

Nice location, many eating joints nearby. comfortable rooms, we took the master bedroom with attached bathroom, the other two rooms have a shared bathroom. the Hosts do not live at premises and also they do not give any other rooms to any other guests as policy so we had the whole place to ourselves, which was surprising. Owner is a doctor and he just wanted us to have a relaxing time, i think it is great value for this price.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a calm and peaceful environment. The rooftop pool offered an excellent view, making it a perfect spot to relax. The on-site restaurant served great food, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful and serene experience.

Property is really clean, tidy , spacious and exactly same as the photos. Highly recommend the property if you’re staying in Colombo.

I had a really pleasant stay here. Maleeka Aunty is a very friendly and helpful host, and she warmly welcomed us from the beginning. She was always very supportive and kind, especially with using the kitchen area—we could make tea or prepare anything easily. My room was clean and spacious, with a large washroom. Hot water was always available, and both AC and a fan were included, which made the stay very comfortable. The environment was very calm and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. There was plenty of space around the place, and I never had to worry about parking or safety. I originally planned to stay for only 2 days, but I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay to 4 days. There is also a cute and playful dog named Noora. He is very friendly and fun to be around, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The two bedrooms appartment is on the top of the house and with the patio and the mezzanine, it is like a tiny house! So beautiful and cozy! We felt like at home. A lot of wardrobe if you stay several nights. The owner is very kind and friendly. He helped us a lot! It is very quiet and you can walk easier around for all amenities. The breakfast was georgous and so tasty!

I had an excellent stay here with my family for 7 nights. Shiromi proved to be an exceptional host, always responsive and attentive to our needs. The well-maintained 3-bedroom apartment was a delight, featuring modern amenities that made our stay comfortable and convenient. We stayed at the first-floor unit of Pirivena Garden Resort for urgent work in Colombo, and the host was extremely kind and supportive. He provided all the assistance we needed, which made our day very successful. We will definitely book this place again on our next visit to Colombo. I like the property,calm and peaceful place,away from the traffic and crowds, I could sleep very well without hearing horn or pollution noises…the owners are really well mannered and respectful, From the Airport I took a auto to the nearest bus station,and get into the bus to Colombo,from Colombo another bus the bus number is 120 goes to the exact location area. I was alone and not much luggage so I decided to explore local bus journeys,but also tuktuk and Taxi,available it’s take almost less then two hours from the Airport.i was downloaded Pickme application for the transportation,cheap and efficient. Thanks a lot for everything 💝
