Norval Norte – Beautiful Views & Friendly Staff, But Room for Improvement We stayed at Norval Norte with another couple from January 23 to February 6. Overall, we had a great experience, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The Good: The condo was bright and spacious with an incredible view. A unique touch was the elevator opening directly into the unit, which was really cool. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. We had a small issue upon arrival, but after bringing it up with the owner, it was quickly addressed. The suite was nicely furnished, with comfortable seating in both the living and dining areas. While the kitchen could use a sharp knife, a proper cutting board, and some updated cookware, it was still functional for our stay.

Enough space for our family. It was great having 3 full bathrooms. There were enough plates, cups, cutlery, cooking ware for us to have an easy time preparing meals at home. A little bit of a hike to the beach club but worth it. The beach club is very lovely and the staff is wonderful there. It is also a very quiet place and an excellent alternative to staying at a super busy loud resort.

We didn’t enjoy breakfast, the food wasn’t to our liking. Service was slow too. Very little offerings or choices….orange juice tasted like tang, advised it is natural. The pool was wonderful, view is amazing, clean and well kept. The condo we stayed in had a nice view of the mountains and was clean and comfortable.

Incredible pool, ocean is nice and close, the condo is well equipped (wagon to bring stuff down to the pool).

The property location is fantastic. It’s right by the ocean with incredible view. The apartment is modern with all you need for a comfortable stay. Out host was wonderful. She was very responsive when we needed support. Our host made us feels at home.

If you want to treat yourself to utter beauty and tropical auras stay here. You will delight in THOUSANDS of art pieces tucked in every nook and cranny and even canvases in your room and hallways. This is in addition to a fully stocked kitchen (ie everything but food), comfy beds, colorful gathering spaces, intricate walkways, secure locked gates along the beach and roadway, and the bay only feet away. It is also possible to walk along the beach to La Cruz. From the property we saw 20+ bird species, as the grounds contain mature trees, unlike the nearby condos scouring the landscape.

The studio apartment was beautiful. We had everything that we needed. It was really nice to have sharp knives etc everything that we needed for the kitchen including condiments. The bed was soft and the pillows were not too big. The outdoor patio area had an amazing view and the pool was warm. I would highly recommend it. You might want to take a taxi. At least when you arrive with your luggage. Without luggage the walk up the hill is just fine. My husband is 72 and I’m 71.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It is right next to manzanilla beach. This is perfect for people that want to enjoy the beach, with very minimal waves. It is perfect for the littles. The pools onsite are very clean and have gorgeous views.

Loved the property, location was perfect!

The suite and location were great. Newly renovated and well appointed. It was lovely being so close to the beach and the pool was the perfect temperature. The host communicated well, with details and check ins - which was appreciated.
