Everything is fine in the hotel and the room and the service and the staff. At first, I was surprised by the concept that you can't drive to the hotel by your own car, but only by golf cart. But then you realise that the instant transfer service and clean air are great. All movements around the hotel by golf cart. Nice room. Great pools and a water park. It's convenient that all additional expenses are charged to the room and you don't have to carry anything with you. The concierge service works perfectly. Especially the first shift in our hotel. Thank you. I recommend it.

Location, price, safety, detailed instructions

It was smaller than other properties which made it less crowded and more relaxed. We loved dining on the beach for all our meals. There were pretty much always beach chairs available so no fighting to get those early in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable and great beach front view. Plenty of activities on site to keep you busy. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is quiet rare as it is amongst other warehouses, yet the inside is very beautiful well built and maintained very clean, there’s guards outside, it’s got a fridge microwave stovetop and very spacious If all you need a relatively well priced place to stay inside for the night while waiting for your train or plane to travel this will probably make you more feel like you are at a resort this is the place to stay

Hotel is 3 mins walk from main bus station (ADO) and main Tulum street, which is nicer and more authentic than hotel zone walking area. Many nice restaurants around, big grocery store in front of bus station. Despite it is next to road, it closes its gate and inside it feels like little jungle. Nice pool, hammocks, very relaxing. Rooms are big, clean, people nice, breakfast not huge choice and u only get to choose one option, but you can purchase extra for about 7USD.

Location,location, location. Reasonable price for ocean view with a balcony. Short walking distance to night clubs, restaurants, and grocery store.

It is like a little community. Everything you need is there- a beach, pool, restaurant, small courtyard with tables and chairs, and small store. The apartment is very clean and the staff are attentive and friendly and will help with everything you may need.

My partner and I had a wonderful five-night stay at Casa Tortugas. The location is fantastic—just a 3-minute walk from the ferry to Isla Mujeres, yet peaceful and quiet. We loved the beautiful infinity pool with an ocean view and how clean everything was—truly spotless! Room 202 was very spacious and had an amazing view (although we missed having a balcony). The hotel’s design is artistic and calming, and we really appreciated the thoughtful décor and peaceful atmosphere. The staff, especially Mrs.Cristina, made us feel like part of their family. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. The only thing missing was breakfast service, which would’ve made it absolutely perfect. Still, this is definitely our #1 choice if we ever return to Cancun. Highly recommend to couples looking for a quiet and beautiful stay!

Amazing view. All needed amenities

The staff and the hotel smelled nice and was taken care of at all times.

Huge apartments. Everything was clean. Shower had hot water and good water pressure.

Super clean. Exceptionally friendly staff. Great communication with GPS directions. VERY welcoming! Close to airport. Offer shuttle to and from airport for a reasonable price.

I just back from Cancun. I'm glad I cancelled the hotel in hotel zone,and changed to this rbnb. The money I saved was enough to join a day trip to the chichen itza and Cenote.The pick-up point was at the Smart Hotel, which was just a few minutes' walk through a park and very close to the famous ave Tulum. The host was very nice and patiently answered all my questions and gave us helpful suggestions. When he drove us to the airport, he followed me in to make sure I was in the right terminal. The room has everything you need, and the pool can make you relax after a day. I definitely recommend it.

the location is good but you will need a car. good communication, bed is ok, shower is ok but leaks to the floor on toilet side. ac is perfect. overall pleasant stay
