The house is charming and cozy. The jacuzzi is particularly nice. The bubbly was a nice gesture. It is close to many walking trails.

Our stay at Chalet Descansar op de Veluwe was absolutely fantastic! It started with easy and smooth communication with the host via Booking. When we arrived, everything was clean and fresh and it was very easy to check in with the park reception. The host even set up a children's camping bed and highchair for us! The chalet was spacious and vey modern in comfort and decorations. We were with 4 adults, a baby, and a dog. Everything we needed was available. The second bedroom is quite cozy, but that is clearly communicated in the photos and share beforehand, so no surprises there. There were even extra towels and large pots and pans for cooking. The location is absolutely perfect, as it is in the corner of the park, right next to the forest. We were able to walk everyday in the forest and enjoyed the nature and seeing animals. The location was also close to the big cities, which we did not go to, but everything is close by. This is definitely a location I would recommend and I would definitely stay again! The house was comfortable, spacious enough, lots of big windows on the sunny side of the house. The bedrooms were on the shadow side, which is very convenient. Happy with the facilities, like dishwasher and laundry machine. Spacious bathroom, apparently previously used for a disabled person. Well-maintained garden with two sets of garden furniture, positioned in the sunny parts of the garden. Privacy and quietude. Rieke helped us quickly when we needed help.

Cute place. Clean, quiet, with a pretty, private garden. Pleasant hosts. Safe place in the barn for our bicycles. We were allowed to check in early. Super restaurant next door, serving a King’s Day special menu.

Nice little cottage, perfect for a short or longer stay in beautiful surroundings. Very bright and comfortable place with a large deck and garden. Kitchen is small and simple, but well equipped. The lack of a microwave or coffee machine didn't bother me. There is a french press or you can make your own poor-over filter coffee. Fine bathroom and good size bedroom. Very comfy mattress, not too soft, not too firm, feels like a brand new one really. Wifi is excellent, so is the heating, all works the treat. Recommended.
