Oh, I love the property! The cleanliness was superb! There are also kitchen utensils you can use which is handy! Walking distance through the SM MABOLO. My nieces enjoyed running back and forth in each room, also the outside was so clean! All in all, I would come back and stay!

The room is clean. The bed is comfy. We would loved to book again in the near future.

Affordable, easily accessible to SM City (walking distance to SM). Near the heart of Cebu city and close-by to Fuente Osmeña Circle. The property exceed my expectations because it was clean, comfy, cozy, and the place makes you feel at home and secure. We had no problems whatsoever with checking in. It's a straight shot from Cebu South Bus and the nearby amenities of 7-Eleven, ATMs, and Potato Corner downstairs makes it even more so. Definitely recommend.

The condo was great. Very simple and tasteful decorating. Hot water in the shower, which you don't get in a lot of rentals in the Philippines. And it is on a higher floor so you don't get as much of the noise from the street. There is a lot of security staff that is always present and they are all very helpful and friendly.

I like the accessibility and the unit itself.. Will definitely book again and recommend to friends..

The location is perfect, right in front of SM Cebu City. A good 30min ride from the airport depending on the traffic condition. The check in was hassle free with the building staff, no need to meet the host. I like the liberty and trust the host gives its guest. I normally hate hassles in checkin in where you have to contact the host or caretaker and wait until they come and fetch you.lol. The place was clean. AC was cold and Wifi was fast. The bed was comfy too. Wanted to rebook again after my Bantayan trip but it was booked. Till next time!

very accessible to the mall as well as public transportation. Owner is very approachable. If gusto mo mag early check in, pwedeng pwede as long as u will inform ahead of time. The room was clean and aircondition is working.

Convenient and accessible to sm and port

the the bedroom was excellent and the best part was really convenient SM CEBU just Infront of it. The host was really helpful and the bed was comfy and it's great for the family and group of friends. Shame we didn't stay more nights, definitely come back again and stay more. I would definitely recommend this to my family,friends and relatives when they come and visit Cebu, the best part was on sea view location and also swimming is lovely.The best you can cook with your favourite dish, kitchen stuffs are all complete.

Spent Christmas and New Year here, and it truly felt like home! The place is spacious and affordable for a group of 5. Sir Wil and his staff were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a warm, homey vibe.
