Really beautiful and remote - exactly what we were looking for in a quiet retreat. We came during the winter so didn't avail ourselves of certain amenities like the pool. Our unit had every comfort available and areas like the kitchen were cleverly designed.

We had a nice, relaxing, couple of days. I had a tour in Coimbra and this place was close enough yet very quiet which is what we wanted. Everything was as the pictures indicate and just what we needed. Close to a restaurant if you don't want to cook which was a bonus but every thing you need to cook for yourself is there as well. We will try to return in the spring to explore the area . Host was very nice and very attentive to my messages although we didn't want for anything.

The accommodation is exceptional. Every effort has been made to retain the original design while ensuring all modern facilities are included (dishwasher, good internet etc). The bed was very comfortable and the area is so peaceful so sleep was no problem. The kitchen is very well appointed to allow you to cook if you want to. Restaurant options are limited outside of weekends so best to be prepared with food just in case. There is a lovely deck to sit on for meals and drinks. The views are postcard perfect.

Comfortable accommodation. Kitchen is well equipped. Lovely balcony with an amazing view!! Outdoor swimming pool was plus. Breakfast was very good and everyday with an effort to bring something new. Big star is Marisa, that throughout our stay was very attentive. A place to return for sure!

We didn't have breakfast but the dinner was great. My friend is a vegan and I am a vegetarian and we both loved the food. So lovelyy to have a bag of wood delivered and a fire made for us upon our arrival during a rainy day. So surprised the kitchen was so complete-though we did not use it. also the shower had great water pressure and hot water.

Modern interior, well cared for and studio room well equipped with nice kitchenette. Good location. Easy, independent check-in with clear instructions from Nelo. He was always available on Whatsapp to answer our queries.

The accomodation was excellent, very clean and neat space, every detail is well thought out, fully equipped kitchen. It's also well insulated so one can enjoy the peace of that beautiful place. Very conveniently located for nearby trails around Lousã. Truly recommended for a short or longer stay. We will definitely return!

The total peace and quiet of the landscape with a beautiful view of the whole valley and beyond from the balcony. There were no properties in occupation nearby so we probably experienced the location at it's best. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped with extra useful touches : salt and pepper, wash up liquid etc... very helpful. The restaurant served an excellent Vegetarian dish of food - thank you!
