Self-Catering Accommodations in Kamnik

I was impressed by the warm welcome and the quick responses to my questions, but the accommodation is not suitable for winter stays as there is no heater in the bedroom.

The views, the coziness of the chalet, the games provided, the full kitchen, the general ambience was great. A free bottle of liquor was an excellent touch, it was delicious!

The place just feels like home. Kids said they would want to stay and live there, that means a lot. Everything is well thought of, the decor is very tasteful and all the equipment is there. Internet is very fast and reliable, too. Covered outdoor parking was a great feature due to heavy snowfall. Location is great for short trips to Velika Planina, Terme Snovik, Ljubljana, Arboretum and even Bled and Kranjska Gora are not so far either. Will come again for sure.

The property was lovely and the hosts were amazing. The location is perfect - near many trails, mountains, rivers, and even a tiny lake. The walk to the old downtown Kamnik was beautiful. Local people are very friendly and approachable, and most of them speak English. The property was warm, clean, and perfect for an active stay. The included breakfast was very tasty with quite a few options and a flexible timeline. The moccacino from the coffee maker is to die for! There are 4 horses at the property right underneath the houses, so every morning after breakfast we went to say hello to them, which was such a lovely experience.

This is one of the most beautiful places I've stayed. Hidden in the nature and with amazing view, this house has everything you need for short or long stay. Hosts are very pleasant and helpful, especially the youngest one who showed us around the place. The location is very good for exploring nature. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect! The bed was amazing. Near to the train station. The apartment seems brand new. We could walk to the old town in minutes.

Location is beautiful , hosts are more than amazing . wanted to go out of thair way just to please us . There was hot water on location for us to shower wich was unexpected for me due to location . Stay was just amazing.

The hosts are the nicest friendliest people you'll ever meet! We honestly loved our stay. For our arrival, they left a bottle of wine and chocolates on the table which was so nice after a long day of difficult travel. We were gifted tomatoes from their garden and a delicious freshly baked (by the host) cake in the middle of our stay. When we wanted to drop by a local farm to get some cheese, the host was nice enough to call them to make sure they're open and to expect us. The place itself is lovely and clean. It's clearly been renovated recently and is well taken care of. The decor is pretty and well thought out. The town itself is surrounded by gorgeous mountains and you can see them from the patio. The view of the garden is lovely as well. And they also have the most adorable monkeys in their home (right below the rental) that we loved watching on our way in and out. Overall, it's a top notch place and we will absolutely be back if we return to Slovenia, which we definitely hope to do.

We spent a wonderful 6 nights at this holiday home and cannot recommend it enough. It truly felt like a home away from home. What We Loved: Impeccable Cleanness: The entire house was absolutely spotless when we arrived. Fantastic Space: The home is incredibly spacious, including a large, comfortable layout and a big bathroom. Modern Amenities: The brand-new kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, and having a washing machine on-site was incredibly convenient. Thoughtful Extras: The hosts generously provided ample towels and enough toilet paper to comfortably last our entire 6-night stay. The View & Parking: Enjoying the spectacular view from the balcony was a daily highlight, and having a dedicated parking space made logistics completely stress-free. Wonderful Hosts: The couple hosting us were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful—and their dog was an absolute delight! We had an amazing stay and would love to come back.
