The beds are European style soft and comfortable unlike many other properties in Asia. This style of mattress is a unique find and a very good investment from the owner; on par with many 5 star hotels. It was like I was sleeping at home for a night. Vast and deep sleep. The shower was powerful and hot, again like home. Nice bathtub too! Thank you for this attention to the basics that matter.

The home was in a fantastic location. It was very clean and there was a ton of space. We were especially grateful for the washing machine. They had laundry soap we could use and drying racks for our clothing. They also had bottled water at the property. It was awesome to come back after a long day to a cold water in the fridge. Beds were firm but comfortable and the AC was nice and cold. It was the perfect stay for our group.

Wish we could have stayed here longer. It was outstanding experience! It is on the level of hotel. We had one room with very comfortable king bed. The room was spotless, we received complementary food, tooth brush and other essentials every day. You can have coffee etc. in the kitchen, too. It included self-service breakfast (eggs, toasts, sausages, jam, coffee etc). There is a gym, common space area with board games, billiard. You can rent a bike vis Mercy hotel (B-rider which is reliable and rhe best rental company). The location is excellent and quit. Actually, the whole place is quit and they keep it quiet after 10 pm. Last but not least, the staff was genuinely so kind and helpful. If we ever visit it again, we will stay here. Thank you so much for making our time in Chiang Mai so great.

Well appointed for 5 friends to stay. Clean, comfortable & a great space to chill after exploring & dining in Chiang Rai.

Excellent hostal.. Very comfortable beds with curtains , good Aircon , cleaned daily. The staff very helpful. The place has a nice tranquil vibe. You even get coffee/tea bread and a fried egg for breakfast.

I liked the condition of the apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, all furniture is new. beautiful and cozy place:)

The owner is the sweetest man, nice couple. Very clean place, quiet, he left us with plenty of water and nice delicious snacks, such a welcoming sight. We had a car so there is a parking spot right outside the door of the condo, very convenient

We were greeted at the entrance to the building when we arrived and escorted to our room. The room was spotless, quiet, and tastefully decorated.

Everything…….It’s perfect. It has everything you need just like living in your own house. I didn’t use it all but I did use the washing machine and it has all the racks, washing basket etc to dry everything on the veranda, Paul even supplies complimentary detergent and softener, even has board games if you’re couple or family, a far better option than a hotel. This place really does have it all. It’s so quiet at night as it’s in a residential area but also nice and close to the town with a 7-11 just up the road.

The location is very convenient and close to the night bazaar. The house is very comfortable and complete with nice sofas, a big TV, table and chairs. The rooms are also comfortable and clean. The facilities for cooking are also very complete. The facilities for washing clothes are also complete, even with an iron.

The location was great close to the bus station 1, the staff very kind, and the place was clean. They let me check in earlier and I could storage my bags after checked out. They have a bar on the ground floor and another on the rooftop. Also they have laundry machines for a minimum cost.
