The stay is very perfect and clean The owner was very friendly and good listener Its very close to the tramline and shoping mall

The check In was flawless. They greet you with a cold towel and a nice cold tea. The manager was super kind and attentive. Pool and roof top bar were amazing.

We liked the location, the spaciousness of the two bedroom, the cleanliness of the space and the wonderful staff of Shama.

Nice and clean room with a nice big bed. Staff were very polite and friendly. 7-11 directly opposite which came in very handy, and a good location for doing the majority of things you’ll want to do whilst in Bangkok.

Our stay at Oriental Residences was nothing short of amazing and fantabulous! The room was spacious and clean. The highlight for me was the stunning view from my room overlooking the vibrant cityscape of Bangkok - truly breathtaking, especially at night. The hotel's facilities are top-notch; I particularly enjoyed relaxing by the pool and indulging in delicious meals at the on-site restaurant. What impressed me the most was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were attentive, courteous, and always ready to assist with any request. Their local recommendations for sightseeing were spot-on, making our trip even more memorable. Both WAT and IAN made a really good impression and everyone at the reception esp Singsing. I would not hesitate to stay at Oriental Residences again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel exceeds expectations in every way possible. Thank you for a wonderful experience - I can't wait to return!

The place was amazing. It was near to all the main attractions & for the few people complaining about the distance from main road to the hotel, it was a 5 minutes walk on top of that they provide a shuttle service free if charge so no big deal. Pool & gym was great. 7/11 supermarket just behind the property for all your grocery needs. Cleaning staff cleans on daily basis. Massage centre (luxe massage) located 2 minutes from property where i had the best massage (descent place not dodgy) don’t forget to try the coffee & choclate croissant from the coffee shop “Zen den” at the reception area, it was amazing. overall 10/10 top tier place. Will stay here again whenever i visit in BKK.

Big clean apartment with all amenities provided. Good location, few minutes walk to the main road, skytrain station and Terminal 21. A shuttle is also provided to drop people to the main road. Lots of markets, restaurants and shops are nearby, and a lot of the other malls/markets are a few minutes away.

Complete facilities including kitchen, cooking pots and utensils. 10 minutes walk to the pier.

The staff is nice & the facilities are beyond what we expected to have.

I really liked this accommodation. It was comfortable, easy to get around, and close to the subway. The only downside was that there weren't enough rooms to meet demand. I couldn't extend my stay because it was fully booked.
