Had a great time with the Family! This place is great for a nice weekend away from stone town. Staff are friendly, the place is private, spacious and comfortable! Room service was a plus, food came straight from the restaurant to the villa. Good service👍

Everything was good, The place is very quiet, perfect for relaxing, great location and good value for Money, the Owner Nashpae is a very nice person, I always felt at home. I highly recommend this place.

We had a truly special stay at Jambiani Beach Villas in Zanzibar. The villa was beautifully designed with stunning interiors, semi-private pools, and breathtaking views from both the terrace and balcony. We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade, which made the experience even more memorable. The accommodation itself was so lovely that we skipped excursions just to enjoy the house and surroundings. Breakfast was excellent, and both the restaurant and room service were efficient, fast, and very attentive. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay and would highly recommend it.

Very kind staff and helpful with logistics, they even gave us a 10% off restaurant voucher! Located at the centre of paje close to beaches and restaurants.

Perfect host and great location

It’s the perfect relapsing getaway. The villa Beautifully decorated and has everything you need. And looks exactly like the pictures if not more stunning in person. The staff were so nice and helpful and we truly felt comfortable and taken care of here. The villa is also located in a gated community with security at the door and it is located walking distance to the famous Spa called Maalum with natural pools and wonderful massages. The perfect getaway. The villa also included a floating breakfast tray which was th cherry on top

A big thank you to Sarah and Axel! We felt very welcomed, they were always there for questions and recommendations and helped us a lot :) The house is located very close to the beach, drinking water was always available, and the kitchen always usable. We can definitly recommend Sunny house.

We really enjoyed our stay, Jasinter was great, she took the time to show us where things were, and was attentive to any concerns that we encountered. We loved the proximity to local shops, the beach, and tok tok rides. The lush scenery in the lobby area, with nice cool place to sit and enjoy while we wait for the rain shower to pass was amazing!

It is 3-5 minutes to beach and the room was spacious and we had good amenities. It was as well very close to center, restaurants and shops. We had possibility for early check-in that helped a lot. Also the communication went very smooth.

The villa is beautiful and secluded but only a 5 minute or so walk from Paje beach and a supermarket! The host Nina is also wonderful - nothing is too much for her! She provided great recommendations and a driver.

Very clean, great facilities include everything ( showe gel, conditioner and Shampoo ). Furniture is new. 5 minutes walk from the beach.

Every thing, from the kind welcoming staff to the comfort and cleanliness of the place to the nice meal’s freshly prepared.
