Amazing design of the hotel, great SPA, that working 8:00-22:00, delicious breakfast, big clean rooms, quality room facilities

The breakfast was outstanding with different choices each day, the in-building directions were easy to understand, the stuff was helpful and welcoming, spa facilities were amazing

Breakfast and roof spa were gooood, proximity to slopes was perfect. Large ski rental facility directly in the hotel, however still missing skipass shop. 50m2 room used by 2 adults and 3 kids could practically accomodate up to 6 adults. Small hickup with parking lot entry gate hitting the front bamper of the car due to poorly installed sensors was well settled by administration. Would probably visit again during "low season" when prices get reduced and weather permitting.

Great staff, great place, great breakfest

Literally, everything. Very modern and well-equipped apartments in a great, quiet location. On a special note, very attentive and responsive staff (on the 3rd stay they know you preferred room and arrival time).

Great view from balcony, good equipment gym and kids area

I stayed at Phoenix for a week with my family. We had the bigger cottage and there was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space. I loved having coffee on our terrace every morning and enjoying the view. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, we had bottled water brought into our cottage every day as you cannot drink tap water there. I liked how they had a kids pool and an adult pool (even though some adults ended up bringing their kids to the adult pool, but that's on them) and the bar right next to it. There are really too many things to mention about this place, just in general it exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

Good quality and new hotel. Good breakfast, very nice SPA, close to center of Bukovel.

The villa was lovely, nicely decorated, beautiful bathrooms, plush bathrobes and it had with a great deck. However, there was no real staff around other than when we checked in. We had a number of issues —there was no charcoal for the BBQ, neither propane— but no one was ever in the reception office and no one answered any phone calls. We had to go out and buy our own which was a big inconvenience for a villa that was supposed to have everything we needed.

The aim our visit was participation on scientific meeting, not skiing. Due to that we don't try to find apartments closely to ski lift. This apartment have to bed rooms and a quite big hall, to bath rooms, and two toilets. The kitchen has full cooking equipment and all necessary cutlery.
