Self-Catering Accommodations in Big Bear City

This was an incredible and cozy cabin stay! The place came with everything you need to cook, hot tub was clean and lovely to take in the night stars. The host was responsive and attentive to all of our needs. Highly recommend this stay!

Incredibly cozy and very clean. Perfect for a small family or group of 2-4 people. Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, cooking utensils and spices to make any meal you could need while away from home.

Great place, great people. Every room has a unique charm. We stayed at the famous Clark Gable room. It is very elegant and charming. We would love to come back in summer as well and enjoy more the terrace and garden. The living room has different games and fireplace. It is 15 minutes away from the Main Street with all restaurants and bars as well.

Our stay at Tranquil Retreat was nothing short of perfect, and we only wish we were still there! From the moment we walked through the door, we felt completely at home. The house is beautifully decorated, incredibly cozy, and spotlessly clean. It has everything you could possibly need and more. Our dogs had just as much fun as we did, enjoying the fenced yard and the peaceful surroundings. We particularly loved the BBQ, the fire pit, and the amazing Jacuzzi—they truly made our stay special. The hosts were fantastic—always available and provided detailed instructions for check-in and check-out, making the entire process seamless. The location is ideal, offering a peaceful and quiet setting while being just a short drive to shops and the lake. We absolutely loved our time here, and it was hard to say goodbye.
