Room was great. It was awesome having the kitchenette. Million dollar views from our room! Staff very friendly and helpful. Awesome fitness centre. Location fantastic.

The suite was charming with wonderful views. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchenette was lovely. The housekeeping staff was excellent and did our dishes each day! That was an unexpected treat. What was also over the top were the front door/ reception/ bell staff. We stay in a wide range of hotels and travel extensively. This was the best customer service I have received in literally years. I will definitely return to this hotel whenever I need to be in NYC.

We really enjoyed our stay! The host Anya was great and helped with anything that we needed help with. Also, her recommendations of places to eat and go were great. We loved the area. It was about 10 min to the subway that took you straight into Manhattan. We felt safe the whole time and the food in the area was all so good.

Best value for money I had in new york the apartment is huge, clean , quiet at night, 3 minutes walk to the subway and the owner is very friendly and helpful

The host made checking in really simple and the apartment is much more spacious than I thought. Everything I needed was available in the apartment and there are plenty of supermarkets in the neighborhood to grab some food. Subway stations and bus stops are all nearby.

We had enjoyed our time at this place. The place was very clean and had all necessary items. We booked shared bathroom but our lovely landlord upgraded our room to private one for privacy, which was great. The location is 1-1.5 hr bus metro ride to manhattan. but i think it is acceptable in nyc. Coffee was great as well. The neighborhood felt really safe even at night. We used metro and busses at night and it was nice.

Everything and I will definitely stay here again

It offers a lot of space for the price in Brooklyn! It is obvious that Marine has given a lot of thought to the needs of guests. It is a true home share but had privacy and that feels ethically comfortable and also comfortable. It is in a great location for getting around and the residential neighborhood was quiet even on Halloween weekend! Great value.

Apartment has clearly been refurbished very recently. Clean, nice and welcoming and extremely quiet at night. Hosts were always eager and ready to help and reacted quickly when we had an issue with a couple of items that were missing. Good value for money.

This property is very clean and comfortable. Newly renovated space. Updated bathroom with jacuzzi . Check in was very easy .

Marcus was great... just what I look for when staying at a place like this. Bonus was he had a dedicated parking space for my car. I would stay there again and will recommend this to others I know heading to Brooklyn. The room accommodations were perfect and the coffee was amazing.

Such an amazing little place, simply perfect for a couple. Well planed and ergonomically sound interior with everything one may need. Even a kettle!
