In designing this apartment, I had you in mind. I wanted the apartment to offer elegance to liven up the space. By using gray and warm undertones the apartment creates a relaxing atmosphere. Your private suite is located on the 2nd floor of our apartment. Your private bathroom is located off the living area and features a tub and shower. In your bedroom is a large walk-in closet that conveniently keeps your luggage stored out of the way during your stay. Right off the bedroom is the open concept living and kitchen area, where guests have access to the kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, sink, kettle, electric range, and coffee maker. The kitchen has a dining bar with seating and a separate dining table and bench. The sofa can be set up as a full bed. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The host will be present during the guests' stay and there can be no more than two guests staying in the unit. Please be advised that New York City requires property owners to be in the same dwelling. This is a two-family house and host reside in the unit/property. This is a shared unit with the host.

This is an American Caribbean area where you will find all nationalities which makes you feel at home. Today this area is called Little Caribbean which is no surprise. They could not have picked a better name.

This is the East Flatbush area of Brooklyn, Also known as the Little Caribbean. The area is mostly a Caribbean, American neighborhood. It is within walking distance of lots of take-out restaurants serving American, Caribbean, Chinese, and Italian food. You can take a bus or uber to Flatbush Junction where you will find shopping and popular restaurants such as Italian food, Applebees Grill, Bake, and things, Picky Eaters, and much more. In most cases, you can get to the most popular spots by only taking one train, such as: Brooklyn Museum Brooklyn Botanical Gardens Brooklyn Academy of Music Juniors Restaurant (World Famous Cheese Cake) South Street Seaport Brooklyn Bridge Park Barclays Center Penn Station Madison Square Garden We have a car port as well as plenty of street parking on the block.
