Property was almost brand new and everything was new and neat and clean.

The room was beautiful! It was a one bedroom suite and it was like I had my own personal apartment. A full size fridge, dishwasher, 2 burner stove top, real dishes, pots & pans and silverware provided. Tons of storage space! A spacious coat closet with spare linens and a 2 door closet in the bedroom! I loved it!

So, we ended up accidentally staying in the wrong place as they have 2 of these units near the same area. The owners were extremely nice and understanding of my mistake. I would highly recommend staying here as they will take care of any issues that arise.

Halie our host was very easy to get in contact with and very nice. The apartment was a great location in downtown Knoxville that had many choices for restaurants and shopping. The apartment itself was very well appointed with comfortable linens and nice towels. The apartment was decorated so cute with comfy chairs and sofas and cozy throw blankets to use. There were waters and sodas in the fridge, coffee and some snacks. The living area was spacious with a pool table and board games you could play. The bedrooms were also comfortable with each bedroom having their own bathroom. If we come back to Knoxville we will definitely book Jolene’s Hideout again. Oh and in case you didn’t guess…. Its theme is an ode to Dolly! There are beautiful pictures of her hanging on the wall!😀. Loved it!

Very comfortable and the host was available when needed

My son and I were visiting UT Knoxville and the location was perfect! We could walk to the campus for the tours and for exploring. There were coffee shops and dining options walking distance as well. We had a parking space in the building’s garage which was so helpful and made it easy to come and go when we went into Knoxville and explored the surrounding area. There was a comfortable bed and a fold out futon couch which was ideal for us. The unit provided everything we needed to explore the area. And the owner, Joshua, was very responsive and accommodating and allowed us to check out late which was so helpful since we had a morning campus tour on our last day - we didn’t have to pack everything up before the tour.

I like that there are to levels for privacy I love everything was neat and clean had everything we needed
