Charming cabin and decor. Very comfortable and well appointed. Very close to town. Access to river and fishing. Dog friendly.

Very good value for the money. My 1-br was like a little townhouse. It had been carefully cleaned and set up for my arrival. Views of mountains and live deer in backyard are big pluses.

The house in Pagosa Springs was a fantastic stay! The backyard opens directly into a beautiful green field (in the summer), making it feel peaceful and secluded. Inside, the house was spacious and very comfortable, with three cozy bedrooms, a super inviting living room full of books and board games, and a very well-equipped kitchen and laundry room. The bathrooms were also spacious and comfortable. Overall, a really great place to relax and enjoy the area.

We had 2 whole suites for us. It was really spacious and had all needed amenities included. They even had a washer and dryer in the unit. Staff were responsive and super nice. They even had snacks shared on our first day. Resort facilities like gym, swimming pool were all well maintained. We enjoyed the hot bath 😊

Location was close to restaurants & stores.

Above all, the view. Opening the living room shades each morning to the mountains and watching for deer, foxes, birds and hot air balloons. The house feels like a home. There is tons of space, the furniture is comfortable. You have everything you need in the large kitchen. The location is also great. We were there in the winter and went to wolf creek and other mountain activities most days. The 40 min drive feels super short because of the beautiful views. But you are also walking distance to restaurants, grocery, a great coffee shop and even crossfit. The main strip of pagosa is super close and you can even hop on a bus to take you there just a couple blocks from the house.

It was so clean, it was well stocked with everything you could need and a beautiful view!

Beautiful home and gorgeous location.

This house was beautiful and cozy. The location was right in the mist of everything. The view front the deck was breathtaking. We plan on a summer trip and this house will be our diet option.
