This rustic, yet modern house with its open floor plan and high livingroom ceiling and air conditioning is the perfect choice for your Pagosa Springs visit! When you get back from your day of adventure enjoy the spectacular view off the porch of Pinon Lake or relax infront of the gas fireplace while watching TV or use the sound bar to Bluetooth your favorite music. It has all the amenities with a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, microwave, crock pot, toaster oven and coffee pot. We now added a circular concrete driveway. keyless entry fully equipped modern kitchen air conditioning full sixe washer and dryer wireless WI-FI Roku smart TV & sound bar AT&T Direct TV receiver lots of closet and dresser space infant pac n plau & 3 wheel stroller hardwood floors modern bathrooms with all the amenities no smoking no pets Guest have access to the neighborhood fishing ponds (need to purchase license) Info about the area Pagosa Springs is a beautiful, scenic town known for it's "healing waters" and year round activities. Each of the four distinct seasons has lots to offer! Wolf Creek Ski Resor typically opens in October, giving it the longest season in the country. It consistently averages 480 inches per year, the most snowfall in Colorado. Area Attractions Downtown/Hot Springs - 3.5 miles Lakes/ Fishing ponds - 2-4 miles Pagosa Springs Golf Course - 1 mile Wolf Creek Ski Resort - 27 miles Chimney Rock - 18 miles Durango La Plata Airport - 54 miles
