Clean comfortable and cozy. Large rooms. Plenty of hot water.. Very well equipped full size kitchen. Location excellent.

Facilities exceptional, like brand new, stayed in a suite that was very spacious. Beds very comfortable and very nice outdoor pool. Restaurants on site are very good. Rhythm Bar & Tap burger was a trip favorite with the kids.

It was fabulous I would definitely recommend that place to everybody I know, we didn't need anything that was provided for us.

The home was very spacious yet cozy. Nestled in a private wooded neighborhood, but conveniently located. The kitchen was very modern, and the finished basement was a great meeting room for the family to spend time together and play games.

Excellent location by the river. Pool and other facilities across the road. Short walk (under 10 mins) to most things in Lincoln, including groceries

We are very happy that we found this house with luxury vinyl flooring and a leather couch. It was perfectly clean and comfortable. Our small dogs were very happy there. The location was perfect. Church was a couple minute walk and Riverwalk Resort was just down the street.

The location of the property was great. You are walking distance to stores and restaurants and very close to the mountain, but you are on cozy side street. The apartment was super! Simple and tasteful decorated and clean. Beds were comfortable as well. My husband and I are hikers and we were only 15 minutes from Franconia state park. This apartment is on our list to return. Owner responded to my questions quickly. Thanks for a wonderful 2 nights.

The property is neat & clean, very well decorated! It is located in Lincoln NH near a lot of restaurants and shopping! About 45 minutes away from North Conway, and other attractions, like skiing! I totally recommend this place! I would post pictures but I only took a video!
