The apartment is indeed small but the all around terraces more than make up for it, this is super comfortable accomodation if travelling alone or two people. The communication was fast, effective and to the point, key card collection super easy at the building reception. The gym on the 11th floor had brand new equipment and great views as a bonus. Felt good to come home to this quiet little place at the end of the day.

I wasn’t looking for luxury, just reliability and comfort, and that’s exactly what I got here. The experience felt balanced.

Good location. Beautiful sea view from good size terrace. We got lost and the host was very helpful in helping us find our way. Great Breakfast, very helpful staff on location.

The apartment is very cozy. The building is great. Good parking spot. There's a little place for children and my daughter loved. Both bed and sofa are very comfortable. Nicolás, the host, was in every little detailed and he made sure we had everything we needed to ensure a great stay. We'll definitely come back!

Beautiful and quiet place surrounded by pine tress with many activities like biking, surfing, kayaking, and golf nearby. Rooms are large and tidy, common areas like kitchen are very organized. Fernanda and Francisco are wonderful hosts. Couldn’t recommend it more and hope to be back soon. Thank you!!
