The rooms layout was exceptional and nicely furnished. The staff was utmost professional and alway go out of their to accommodate the guest. The management ( Brian) alway stays on top of everything and we are very appreciative of his attentiveness. We will certain consider coming back next year.

Nicest family of 3 smiling generations are there to take care of you. The 5 room building is relatively new and kept spotless. Breakfast is cooked for you in the morning from about 8-10am. Eggs or local, your choice. Room is roomy, basic,but has a desk and a couple of large drawers. Has a ceiling fan and good air conditioning. Best thing is the large bathroom with a large open shower that does not get the rest of the bathroom wet, like so many other hotels. I took a tour with one of the family and also used them to get to the Old Town. A ten minute walk will bring you to the beach and Nhà hàng Hải sản Thu Hà ( 9.9 google rating, Seafood Restaurant ). Try the baked oysters, 9 for 135k.

This is a really beautiful property, designed with lights, shapes, and mood in mind. It sits far enough from the busy city that you can relax, but close enough to dip in when you need to.

Really enjoyed my stay here ! Lovely room and lovely yard~ Nicola is a fun and nice person and Eddie ( maybe I spell it wrong) is sooo cute, I love him a lot! I recommend this place to everyone who prefer quietness and good nature view

The pool was beautiful. Beach front access was amazing. The property was immaculately cared for and maintained.

Clean rooms; attentive staff; great pool; rice fields in the back was peaceful to see; great breakfast in the morning.

I enjoyed this place just a little outside the bustle, it was just a block away from all the activities and right on the river but the noise was minimal. There is a nice cafe next door that made great juice and made for a peaceful start to the morning and evening. All of the staff were really wonderful helping with suggested tours, good foods, and rides. It’s doesn’t have a big party vibe at least while I was there, which I found really nice :)

I had a wonderful stay at Duong Villa, which offered a beautiful location and a spacious room equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a smart kitchen. The balcony was especially lovely, providing relaxing garden and pool views. The washroom was clean and well-designed, adding to the comfort of the stay. The villa organizer was extremely kind and supportive, helping carry all my baggage and responding promptly to every query. Breakfast was delicious, and the cooking staff prepared exactly what we requested. Overall, Duong Villa is superb and truly worth the price.
