The view was breathtaking, it was very clean and nicely decorated! The communication was clear and fast and there was always someone willing to help out when needed! the bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way but those are easy to fix, so not a problem really

The view of the Halong Bay was excellent from hotel room. Breakfast was good. Very near to Bai Chay Harbour from where our cruise started. Sunworld is just across the road, entire Sunworld was visible from the hotel room. Price was also reasonable. We had a very nice stay. There are three hotels in the same names adjacent to each other, so got bit confused while arriving.

Fast communication with the host; very clean room; great views on the 40th floor. Laundry was important to us and they have it.

Host; Nido was awesome and very friendly and helpful. Had motorcycles we rented (with a picture of your international drivers permit). Comfortable rooms and good views. More of a bed and breakfast type setup with nice private rooms in m the upper floors with a common living room kitchen area on the ground floor. It was great!
