Food. Staff supportive and very nice, always smile, room clean (im not sure but they clean my room 2-3 times a day, overall safe for kid Pizza and vietnamese food exellent. Warm serve, welcome, early check in, easy book taxi. Clean beach, my family vacation very happy, my kid love every location in resort

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay in Phu Quoc! The apartment is modern and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view is absolutely stunning — especially at sunset — and the nightly fireworks display was truly unforgettable! The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely love to come back. It’s a beautiful property! Very quiet and private. The Villa was clean and roomy. It was very hot while we were there but the AC units worked great! Breakfast was delivered to our room each morning and was delicious. Beds were comfortable and there were 3 showers (1 outside). We would stay here again.

Location is very new development part of town, everything are brand new, because of new so not so much tourist know about this place yet. Location is very close to the beach, beaches are beautiful, however during the time we were there the weather was not so good. I enjoyed my time there anyway.

The location was excellent — right in the city center, close to shops, markets, and cafés, and only about a 5-minute walk to the beach. The owner was very helpful and always available by phone to answer any questions. He personally met us at the taxi and helped carry our luggage, which was a very nice touch. It really felt like a true homestay, as the owner actually lives there. Unlike many other places, he did not cancel our reservation, which we really appreciated. I also appreciated the free washing machine and the use of the kitchen. Overall, it offered very good value for money.

I really loved how easy it was to get to Sunset Town from the apartment. The view was honestly beautiful, especially during sunset. What I saw in the pictures online was exactly what I got in real life. People usually pay to see the Symphony of the Sea and the Kiss Bridge, but I could watch both right from the balcony. That alone made my stay feel really special. The host was incredibly kind and kept me informed about everything beforehand. They even helped me check in early because my flight got preponed, which I appreciated so much. The building had a gym, laundry facilities, and even a department store, so everything I needed was right there. The security also made me feel very safe throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone.

The hotel is newly opened, the rooms are quite new, and the location is convenient. I want to go sightseeing in the south or north of the island, which is only about 20km away. There's a night market nearby that can give you a few choices.

Amazing host and very friendly staff that made our stay super pleasant. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and everything is quite new and in perfect condition. Rooms are cleaned daily, and there's water available on the rooms, and a well equipped common kitchen downstairs. Calm neighborhood, very close to beach and with access to the pool.

Overall the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Tammy reached out to connect the day before the stay and was a available by text for any requests. The property was a 10min walk to a night market. The breakfast was amazing, and the restaurant on site also served delicious food.

Todella viihtyisä majoitus. Huoneisto oli uusi, siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Iso parveke merinäkymällä oli täydellinen paikka katsella auringonlaskua. Sijainti Sunset Townissa oli erinomainen, ja kaikki tärkeä oli kävelymatkan päässä.

This was a condominium rental without breakfast. Location/view/amenities/cleanliness were great. Luna Sol staff were available to answer questions and address issues/requests via WhatsApp. Open-air taxi carts were available for short trips around Phu Quoc at 15,000 Dong per person. Grab and Xanh SM taxis were available for longer trips. NOTE: Room cleaning is every other day (every 2 days), not daily.

Since it is a luxury apartment, breakfast was not provided. However, the owner provide a sophisticated coffee machine for their guest to prepare themselves. There is no limit to the number of servings. During my stay, I carelessly left my set of keys in the safe box. Ms Amora, contacted my husband and arrange to return to us. She asked me if I would like to post the keys back to Singapore or she will look for someone who is going to Singapore. I chose the 2nd option. So the owner drove to the airport, Phu Quoc, look for a nice guy and ask him to hand carry the keys back to me. Bravo! The helpful guy called my husband upon arrival and passed the keys to me. I thought that was very thoughtful of the owner to do such a thing.

Truly exceeds our expectations. We love our entire stay. The owner (Mr. CUN) is so friendly, accommodating and very helpful. He make sure that the guest will be safe at all times and happy the entire stay. I love his free organic green mango deep with the rock salt. He let us barrowed his motor cycle for a while to see the beach front nearby. My daughter is so happy. Place is very near to the attractions. Overall 👍👍👍 and very recommendable. Definetly we will be coming back again!

Everything, literally. Wonderful view with a balcony where you can enjoy watching the fireworks. Absolutely loved it
