Sandrita's hostal is far beyond any hostal or B&B experience. I loved this cute house, Sandrita's and her partner hospitality and care for each and single guest's wellbeing, from hearthy breakfasts adjusted to any dietary restriction to customized travel tips. I met very nice group of people at this hostal and our shared evenings in the warm and cozy kitchen full of eucalyptus scents were like spending time with you friends and family, and will deeply stay in memory. The hosts were very friendly and kind. The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. In a good central location, close to the bus terminal.

Lovely hostel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I loved the kitchen - big, homey, and filled with everything you need to cook. The staff wonderful - helpful, patient, and kind! The hostel arranged a penguin tour and kayaking tour for me - both a lot of fun. The hostel is located right across the street from Bus Sur Station so if you are planning to travel here by bus from Castro or Puerto Montt, take Bus Sur! It's alos located just a few blocks from the shore and from many restaurants, supermarket, and cafes.

Cute cabin with a wood stove for heating. The wood stove worked very well and wood was restocked in the cabin each day. Beds are super cozy with lots of blankets to keep you warm. Great views of the bay. Enjoyed viewing the birds and the bay upon waking each morning. Great hot water shower without waiting for water to heat up. Need a car to get to this location but it is only a short drive to Castro. Nice and quiet area. Would have stayed here longer had my itinerary allowed.
