There were a lot of volunteers here but they were so friendly and helpful! They'd welcome you to join any activities they were doing and if you were missing any gear, would offer their own personal things! It felt more like staying at a friend's house than a hostel!

Truly an outstanding place! It was spotless — super clean and modern, with very clear instructions to access the apartment. The space is small but incredibly well-designed and comfortable, with absolutely everything you need, even for cooking. The bed was amazing, and everything just felt thoughtfully put together. My only regret is that I stayed just one night — I’ll definitely be coming back and staying longer next time. One of the best experiences I’ve had on Booking, and I travel a lot!

An excellent place to stay in Punta Arenas! The location was fantastic, the property was cozy and inviting, and the owners went above and beyond with their attentiveness and support. Getting into the apartment was easy. Very good kitchen, with espresso machine. Television with many channels. Very quiet location. Supermarket nearby on Plaza. Excellent breakfast with home-baked bread. Choose this apartment if you want to visit Puerto Natales or Tierra del Fuego (pinguins). Your host will help you getting there! On arrival at Punta Arenas Airport (PUQ) you may take an official taxi. They are not expensive and they know how to get to Bosque Austral.
