The staff is very kind and friendly, always trying to help us with our needs. The room is the same or even better than what is presented in the photos. Next time in Zhangjiajie I will come back here.

The hotel is a family busniness, run by Jack and his father. They were both extrememly welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable there, even without us asking. They gave us advice on what to see in the national park and how to get around, and drove us to a good place to eat breakfast and the park entrance each day. Jack speaks good English, and even helped us order food at a market in town and offered to do so again the next day. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and excellent value for money. Overall, a great experience.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. They arranged pickup from the airport, which made everything very easy for us, and they also helped us get tickets for the parks we wanted to visit. Overall, the service was excellent and the staff really went out of their way to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located besides The Pomp International Plaza, Modena by Fraser Changsha offers apartments with free WiFi. Within 5 minutes’ walk is Vanguard Supermarket where you can get groceries.

Super nice room. Fantastic View, great Housekeeping staff. Well equipped very large Gym. Really nothing I could complain about. 10/10 stay. Great Value for Money. We stayed in a 2 Bedroom Suite on the 36th floor overlooking City and River. I would book it again if in Changsha.

The hosts were very welcoming and kind. They helped us with excursions, picked us up from the airport, and made us feel really comfortable. The breakfasts were also very delicious. Even though the hosts didn’t speak much English, we easily found a way to communicate and understand each other. They even organized a calligraphy masterclass for us, which was such a special experience.

Emer was a wonderful host! She really ensures there is a good vibe and will match you up with other travellers (if you want of course) so you can do activities together. Large, clean rooms and you can do your laundry for free as well which was needed ;-) Amazing, social place to stay and I even booked extra nights here as I had such a great time here. Love the breakfast, the enthusiasm of the staff and the environment. The bedsheets are all clean and do not have weird odor. The hotel room also provides free bottled water and free airport pick up drop off service. The scenery view outside the big window is gorgeous, I can see the mountains and the yard, which is all tidied and well-maintained.
