The check in was only available after 16:00 which was a bit uncomfortable however property allowed us to go to the pool area which was really nice!

Everything the receptionists was absolutely fabulous, so friendly kind and welcoming. The location is perfect and the rooms are very clean and very spacious. Well worth a visit, I will definitely be booking again.

I loved the size it is very convenient to the beach and Siam Park (5 min drive and there is a shuttle). The resort is centrally located around the pool and restaurant. There are fun activities throughout the day. We were able to relax at the pool and enjoy. The staff is so nice and friendly to your children. The activities coordinator is so sweet and enthusiastic at all events. We really enjoyed her. The fresh fruit and vegetables are amazing and the themed dinners are great. The nightly entertainment is fun for the family.

The apartment is very nice and clean. It has pretty much everything you need, and the location is fantastic. There are several markets, restaurants, and the center of La Laguna just a short walk away—everything is really within reach. We left our car in the garage. As I had read in advance, the parking spot is indeed a bit tight, but after a couple of days we got used to it. It's no problem at all if you have another person to help guide you while parking. The apartment also has a coffee machine, and the host was very responsive to all of our questions—communication was quick and easy. Just a small note: if you're using maps, don’t be confused when it shows that you have to enter a “restricted” zone to access the garage—that’s allowed for those who have a parking space there, so it’s totally fine.

Very authentic and cozy house. The roof terace is the best and ofcouse the views of Teide are incredible. In addition to that, accomodation is spotlesly clean and comfortable. We have also enyoyed the worry free checkin via the code lock without the need to agree for meeting upon arrival - very thoughtful of the owners. The location is in a lovely and calm mountain vilage, plus it has an amazing view point close by with a very decent restaurant there. Will come back 100% because already booked it!:)
