The extraordinary customer service received from all the staff at the hotel. From Made at the front desk (plus all admin staff) to the housekeeping attendants (Arnawa, Redipa and supervisor Alit). We extended our stay due to the overall high standard of the hotel. The pool on the rooftop was also a highlight with great views looking out towards the sunset.

The villa is incredibly beautiful. Clean, amazing pool, modern furniture, comfortable beds. A dispenser with mineral water is provided and refilled for free whenever you need it. The host is super attentive and will be there for anything you need. Laundry and motorcycle rent is available for cheap price. The cleaning crew are so friendly and nice!!
