Amazing hotel. Very comfortable room and very very clean. Equipped with all you may need. The swimming pool is great and my kids loved it. The lady that checked us in was very sweet and help us to arrange whatever we needed. Location is the top, close to everything but on a quiet street.

Amazing location and super clean and comfortable! Good AC and hot shower! Such a great stay at Randy's. We would happily recommend it to anyone when staying in Negombo! The rooftop pool and deck is some of the best views of all Negombo, a must to watch the sunset!! Easy to check in with Roshan, who was very kind and friendly!

We loved everything about this place. We had our last night in Sri Lanka there and it was the perfect place for us. The staff were so helpful and kind. The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped even with a fridge. It was only 10 mins from the airport and one of the staff provided us with our early morning ride to the airport. We wished that we would have spent longer there!

Everything was wonderful! The place is amazing – extremely clean and modern. The room was very spacious, with complimentary water and fruit provided, which was a nice touch. There’s also a restaurant on-site that we really enjoyed. We only stayed for one night because of its proximity to the airport, and unfortunately the monsoon season had already started, so we couldn’t make use of the pool or do much else. The host was excellent – communication was smooth, and he kindly arranged both pick-up and drop-off (very early in the morning) at the airport for a fair price. Highly recommended!

We stopped here during our long motorcycle trip and honestly, it was a great little break. The place is pretty new and super well maintained, with a big, green yard that’s perfect for relaxing after a long ride. Our room was super spacious and even had a small setup with an electric kettle so we could make a tea or coffee—nice little touch! The lady who runs the place is really sweet, speaks good English, and helped us out a lot. The place is a bit out of the way, but really peaceful, and as long as you follow your GPS, it’s easy to find. Plus, the owners can arrange a pick up from the bus station or airport. Breakfast was this amazing local spread—tons of flavor and all homemade, though it was a bit on the spicy side for our taste. Still, definitely a cozy and friendly spot worth checking out if you’re passing through.

Transit Studio Katunayake is a recently renovated apartment in Katunayaka where guests can make the most of its fitness center and garden. A hot tub and a car rental service are available for guests.
